Cloudclear Privacy Policy

Guest play and information we process

No email registration, password, Google or Apple sign-in is required. The game creates a random player ID and stores protected session credentials on your device. We process your chosen display name and avatar, settings and language, tutorial progress, game actions and results, friends and blocks, invitations, reports and messages you choose to send to support. Choose a nickname rather than your real name and do not include sensitive information in support messages.

Why we use information

We use this information to run multiplayer games, restore your session, save progress, provide social features and support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Other players can see your nickname, avatar and public game actions; hidden opponent cards are not sent to your device. Selected preset reactions can be shared with players in your match. Gameplay events and diagnostics record build version, screen or scene, rules and error categories, associated with your player ID. They do not include access tokens or passwords.

Advertising and partners

Advertising is optional. The advertising SDK is initialized only after you choose to allow advertising and confirm that you are 18 or older. You can decline and continue playing. Tutorials and practice do not show ads. We request non-personalized advertising. Appodeal and its integrated advertising partners, including Unity Ads and Yandex, may process advertising/device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and network information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and secure ads. The app does not request GPS location permission. Information is handled under the partners’ policies: Appodeal, Unity, Yandex. Appodeal’s policy identifies additional demand partners. Partner retention and international processing are governed by those policies. Use Settings → Advertising privacy or Advertising choices to change consent. Android advertising ID controls are also available in device settings.

Purchases and notifications

Purchases, rewarded advertising and push notifications are not enabled in this release. We do not request payment details, address-book access, photos, microphone or precise location.

Security and storage

The game service stores data on a server in Russia. Data may be processed internationally by advertising partners when advertising is enabled. Connections to the game service use HTTPS; session credentials use protected device storage. Service administrators access records for operation, security and support. Network requests necessarily disclose an IP address to the service; technical server logs may contain request metadata, but are configured not to log session query tokens.

Retention and deletion

Your guest profile and progress remain until you request deletion. Detailed commands and private deck records of completed matches and technical events are cleared after 30 days. Resolved support reports and operator audit records are cleared after 180 days; open reports remain until resolved. Database backups rotate over seven days. On account deletion, access is revoked, name and avatar are anonymized, settings and tutorial progress are cleared, social links, invitations, device tokens and account telemetry are removed, and your support message contents are cleared. Game records retain an anonymized internal ID and anonymous results for game integrity; they are not a statement that every record is physically erased immediately. Backup copies expire through the rotation cycle.

Delete your account in Settings → Delete account, or follow the outside-app deletion instructions. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data or ask about your privacy rights. We may ask for information needed to identify your guest account; never send passwords or session tokens.

Age and policy updates

Cloudclear is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Advertising is available only with an adult declaration and consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
